Jalandhar: Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh today announced that after the elections, responsible elements for Kotkapura and Behbal Kalan Firing Incidents of 2015 will be not be spared. Regarding the reinstatement of IG Kunwar Vijay Pratap as a member of SIT, he said that the elections will be held in three weeks. After the elections that the same officer will go back in SIT and bring the culprits to book and take the probe in the 2015 cases to its logical conclusion
