Sidhu Moosewala Joined Congress Ahead Of State Assembly Elections 2022
As the Punjab State Assembly Elections 2022 draw nearer, all the political parties are making their moves to ensure they are the stronger side in the polls. Punjab Congress has played their biggest move yet, by roping in none other than singer-actor Sidhu Moosewala. In the presence of Chief Minister of Punjab, Charanjit Singh Channi and Punjab Congress Chief Navjot Singh Sidhu, Sidhu Moosewala joined the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee.
The event took place during a press conference at Chandigarh. The CM of Punjab welcomed Sidhu Moosewala to the party. He described Sidhu Moosewala as an important asset for Congress as the singer has a huge influence over Punjabi youth. Almost everyone knows who Sidhu Moosewala is and he has one of the biggest fan bases in the country.
