Dr. Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singh, an MLA Amritsar North and Former IPS Officer, while criticizing Raghav Chadha said that Raghav Chadha himself responsible for his downfall. Dr. Kunwar pointed that Raghav Chadha behaved like an autocratic prince when he was occupying special power position in Punjab. He further explained RC did not allowed him for raising his voice even in the Punjab Assembly for the people of Punjab.
